About me

I am a Mexican scientist with a PhD in Life Sciences, specializing in microbiology, with expertise in protein biochemistry and membrane trafficking. Beyond my scientific training, I have a deep passion for scientific visualization, which led me to shift my career and become a scientific illustrator. I believe in the power of visual storytelling to engage minds, especially when it comes to science.

About my work

I create digital illustrations and short animations that transform complex scientific concepts into striking visuals. My work primarily focuses on cellular processes, protein structures, and molecular dynamics, but I also enjoy exploring other areas of science and outreach.

I believe effective communication is essential for advancing scientific literacy. My goal is to help scientists tell their stories through visuals and bring scientific discoveries to a broader audience. My portfolio is designed as a visual celebration of science.
